Territory Sales Manager: Filteration & Single-Use Systems

We are looking for a Territory Sales Manager: Filtration & Single-Use System

Do you have experience in filtration technologies and single-use systems, combined with strong relationships across the pharma and biopharma industry? We are looking for a dynamic sales professional to help expand our presence across European markets.

In this role, you will:

• Build and strengthen relationships with pharma and biopharma manufacturers across assigned European territory.
• Engage with technical teams and decision-makers to understand customer needs and recommend mdi filtration and single-use solutions
• Develop market intelligence to support business growth and brand positioning.
• Work closely with internal teams to deliver a seamless customer experience.

What we are looking for:

• 8–10+ years of experience in filtration and/or single-use systems sales.
• Strong understanding of pharma and biopharma applications.
• Strong communication, relationship-building, and negotiation skills.
• Fluency in English (written and spoken); additional European languages (e.g., Italian, French) are a strong advantage.
• Degree in Life Sciences, Chemical Engineering, Biotechnology, or a related field preferred.

• Travel: The job required regional travel across assigned European territory to strengthen and build relationships with existing and potential clients.
