How do I create an MDI eShop account?
Click on “Profile Icon” in the top navigation bar and select “Create Account.” Sign in using your email id. You will receive a code. Enter that to make your Account live. You will receive a confirmation email once your account has been approved.
How do I view my past orders?
You can view your past orders if you have opened an Account with mdi Ireland. Once logged in, go to My Account → Order History to view your previous purchases, order status, and invoices.

Is the MDI eShop available globally?
Our eShop currently serves select countries in Europe. Please check product availability and shipping eligibility for your country during checkout. In case, your area is not being served, please drop us an email at filters@mdimembrane.com and we will connect with you and enable shipping from our head office in India or through one of our channel partners in your region.
What payment methods do you accept?
We accept all major credit cards, and direct bank transfers.
Do I need an account to place an order?
No, but it is recommended. Creating an account ensures order tracking, proper invoicing, and technical support. Registered business customers and research institutions can place online orders through their accounts.
Is my online order secure?
Yes, all transactions are encrypted and processed through secure payment gateways to protect your personal and financial information.
Is the entire range of MDI products available on the e-Shop?
The MDI e-Shop currently features a selected range of products from our extensive portfolio. Our online catalogue is updated regularly with new product launches. We also offer our complete portfolio which may not be available through the e-shop, including filtration systems, integrity testing instruments, aseptic sampling systems, and single-use assemblies. Please drop us an email at mdi.eu@mdimembrane.com to help you with your requirements.
Can individual customers purchase from MDI e-Shop?
Individual purchases may be restricted depending on product type and location.

How long does delivery take?
Delivery times vary based on product availability, order size, and destination. Estimated lead times for products in stock are as follows:
Within Ireland: 3-5 business days
Rest of Europe and UK: 5-10 business days
In case your requested quantity is not in stock, please email us at: mdi.eu@mdimembrane.com and we will let you know the estimated lead time.
Do you ship internationally?
Yes, we ship to most regions worldwide. Shipping costs and lead times depend on destination. However, if you are not based in Europe or the UK, please email filters@mdimembrane.com and your shipment will be sent from our head office.

What is your return policy?
If you receive a damaged or incorrect item, please contact our support team within 7 business days of delivery. Returns are accepted only for products in original, unopened condition, subject to prior authorization.
