MDI PCR Purification Kit is a fast and economical way to purify DNA fragments (100bp-10Kb) from PCR amplification reactions in small elution volume.

The mdi PCR purification system combines specially developed mdi membrane, reagents and the convenient spin column technology to capture target DNA. The contaminants such as enzymes, primers, nucleotides etc. are washed away and the bound target DNA is eluted in a low salt concentration elution buffer.
